The cost includes heating in winter, air conditioning in summer and use of the pool with towels and caps for the pool, initial and final cleaning (other cleaning is on request and paid), TV and free WiFi.

The Pool
Sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas are available. Self-bar. For free we offer use of pool towel and cap. The swimming pool is open in June and closed in mid-late September.
Breakfast
Continental breakfast with savory and desserts prepared by us. Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8.30 to 9.30. Different times must be agreed with the Management.
The Restaurant
Tuscan specialities all worth tasting. The restaurant is open both to the guests of the agriturismo as well as external guests up to a maximum of 12, only on reservation at least the day before- The dishes, both traditional and vegetarian, are all prepared with tuscan products.
Booking
20% deposit when booking, refundable if cancellation is made 55 days before arrival.
Time of arrival: 3pm onwards
Time of departure: within 10am
The appartments can be rented from mid-september to June minimum 2 nights. The cost depends on the number of people. From mid-June to mid-September the apartments can be rented weekly (saturday to saturday).
The Tasso room is rented for a minimum of two nights, with no obligation on day of arrival.
